Chester M. Przybylo has been meeting the legal needs of Chicago-area clients since 1968. A partner in the law firm of Przybylo & Kubiatowski, Mr.Przybylo focuses his practice on estate and business planning, elder law, living trusts and asset protection. Over the years, he has assisted literally thousands to achieve their goals of reducing taxes, preserving assets and avoiding probate. Noted for his ability to reduce complex legal and financial issues to understandable terms, Mr. Przybylo is called upon frequently for his creative and effective planning recommendations. He is also a sought-after speaker, presenting seminars to both public and private groups, at college sand professional organizations on a wide range of estate planning topics.

Experience

Mr. Przybylo has been in private practice for nearly 30 years. A founding member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and a charter member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, he is also a member of the prestigious Chicago Estate Planning Council. Mr. Przybylo is a member of the American Bar Association and its Real Estate, Probate and Trust Group, the Illinois Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Chicago Bar Association, where he served on the Trust Law Committee. Mr. Przybylo is admitted to practice before the United State Supreme Court, United States District Court, United States Court of Claims, Tax Court of the United States and all the courts in the state of Illinois.

Education

Mr. Przybylo graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor of arts degree in economics. He earned his MBA in finance from the University of Chicago, and his Juris Doctorate from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Personal

In addition to his busy practice, Mr. Przybylo co-authored, Legacy: Plan, Protect and Preserve Your Estate, a popular book written by nationally renowned attorneys that answers virtually any question in the estate-planning field, as well as the new book, Ways & Means: Maximize the value of Your Retirement Savings. He also served two years as an officer in the U.S. Army.
